Shoo so I even joined the Runners World blog thing today - www.runnersworld.co.za. Cyberspace AND Comrades here I come. Mind you I tried to post something and it gave a rude message back so still have to work it all out. (It is hard to believe I am married to a man who knows cyberspace like his Stump Jumper mountain bike).
Had a good run this morning - was quite tired from lots of running on the weekend. The morning was beautiful and for once my lower back was not sore at all when I climbed out of bed. Could this be the start of a pain free lower back? Wow I haven't been pain free in about 5 years!
